These terms are designed for a considered purchase: transparent before checkout, fair if something goes wrong, and respectful of the protections available to customers in the United Arab Emirates.

صُممت هذه الشروط لتجربة شراء مدروسة: واضحة قبل إتمام الدفع، ومنصفة عند حدوث أي مشكلة، ومراعية للحماية المتاحة للعملاء في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
IMPORTANT
Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer right that applies to you. If a fragrance arrives incorrect, incomplete, damaged, defective, unsafe, or materially different from its description, we will assess the matter promptly and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions govern purchases from Al Rayan Oud through alrayanoud.com. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Al Rayan Oud; “you” refers to the client placing an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.
We take care to present our fragrances, sizes, prices and imagery accurately. Screen displays can vary, and minor differences in packaging presentation may occur without affecting product authenticity or quality. Product availability is subject to confirmation at the time of order.
Prices are displayed in the selected currency and are subject to the details shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or availability error before dispatch; if this affects your order, we will contact you with the available options. Payment must be authorised before an order is accepted for fulfilment. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance where there is a genuine payment, stock, pricing, or fraud-prevention issue.
Delivery timing is an estimate unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Please provide a complete UAE delivery address and reachable contact number. If the outer parcel appears damaged, we encourage you to note this with the courier and contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected by this request.
Our voluntary return window: an unused, unopened fragrance with its original tamper seal and packaging intact may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection and approval. This does not apply to personalised, used, opened, or seal-broken products where the request is solely a change of mind.
Where something is wrong: if your order is incorrect, incomplete, damaged, defective, unsafe, or not as described, contact Client Services promptly. We may ask for the order reference, clear photographs of the parcel and product, and packaging details so we can resolve the issue quickly. We may offer a replacement, repair where appropriate, refund, or another remedy required by applicable law. A request for photographs or an unboxing video helps investigation; it is not intended to remove any mandatory legal right.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Delivery and return costs for a verified Al Rayan Oud or courier error will be handled by us. We may charge a re-delivery cost where a delivery fails because the address or contact information supplied by the client was materially incorrect.
Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. We will endeavour to cancel an order before it is prepared or dispatched. Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been delivered, the returns terms above apply. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We welcome the opportunity to resolve concerns directly and thoughtfully. Contact hello@alrayanoud.com with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge delivery or product queries within two business days.
Products are supplied for personal use or gifting. We may refuse or cancel orders that reasonably appear to be unauthorised resale, fraudulent, abusive, or made using inaccurate payment or delivery information, subject to applicable law.
We use personal information only as needed to process orders, deliver products, provide support and meet legal obligations. Our checkout, order confirmations and delivery communications may be sent electronically. Please keep your contact details current.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Where UAE law requires information, contracts or consumer disclosures in Arabic, the applicable Arabic version or disclosure will prevail to the extent required by law. These terms should be read alongside any mandatory consumer protections that apply to your purchase.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version displayed at the time of your order applies to that order, except where a change is required by law or improves your legal rights.

لا يحد أي نص في هذه الشروط من أي حق إلزامي للمستهلك ينطبق عليك. إذا وصل العطر غير صحيح أو ناقصاً أو تالفاً أو معيباً أو غير آمن أو مختلفاً بصورة جوهرية عن وصفه، فسنقيّم الأمر دون تأخير ونقدّم الإجراء أو المعالجة التي يقتضيها القانون المعمول به.
تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام المشتريات من الريان للعود عبر alrayanoud.com. ويُقصد بـ «نحن» و«لنا» الريان للعود، وبـ «أنت» العميل الذي يقدّم الطلب. بتقديم الطلب، تؤكد أن المعلومات التي تقدّمها صحيحة وأنك قادر قانوناً على إبرام اتفاقية شراء.
نحرص على عرض عطورنا وأحجامها وأسعارها وصورها بدقة. قد تختلف شاشات العرض، وقد تظهر فروقات طفيفة في شكل التغليف من دون أن تؤثر في أصالة المنتج أو جودته. ويظل توافر المنتج خاضعاً للتأكيد وقت تقديم الطلب.
تُعرض الأسعار بالعملة المختارة وتخضع للتفاصيل المعروضة عند إتمام الدفع. يجوز لنا تصحيح خطأ واضح في السعر أو التوافر قبل الإرسال؛ وإذا أثّر ذلك في طلبك فسنتواصل معك لعرض الخيارات المتاحة. يجب اعتماد الدفع قبل قبول الطلب للتجهيز. يؤكد تأكيد الطلب استلامنا لطلبك، ولا يضمن قبوله عند وجود مشكلة حقيقية في الدفع أو المخزون أو السعر أو منع الاحتيال.
وقت التوصيل تقديري ما لم نؤكد خلاف ذلك صراحةً. يرجى تقديم عنوان توصيل كامل داخل دولة الإمارات ورقم اتصال يمكن الوصول إليه. إذا بدا الطرد الخارجي متضرراً، فنشجّعك على تدوين ذلك لدى شركة التوصيل والتواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن. لا يؤثر هذا الطلب في حقوقك القانونية.
فترة الإرجاع الاختيارية لدينا: يمكن طلب إرجاع عطر غير مستخدم وغير مفتوح مع بقاء ختم الأمان المضاد للعبث والتغليف الأصليين سليمين خلال 7 أيام من التوصيل، وذلك رهناً بالفحص والموافقة. ولا ينطبق ذلك على المنتجات المخصصة أو المستخدمة أو المفتوحة أو ذات الختم المكسور عندما يكون الطلب ناتجاً فقط عن تغيير الرأي.
عند وجود مشكلة: إذا كان طلبك غير صحيح أو ناقصاً أو تالفاً أو معيباً أو غير آمن أو مخالفاً للوصف، فتواصل مع خدمة العملاء دون تأخير. قد نطلب رقم الطلب وصوراً واضحة للطرد والمنتج وتفاصيل التغليف لكي نعالج المشكلة بسرعة. وقد نقدم الاستبدال أو الإصلاح عند الاقتضاء أو استرداد المبلغ أو أي معالجة أخرى يقتضيها القانون المعمول به. يساعد طلب الصور أو فيديو فتح الطرد في التحقيق؛ وليس الغرض منه إسقاط أي حق قانوني إلزامي.
تُعاد المبالغ المعتمدة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية حيثما أمكن. نتحمل تكاليف التوصيل والإرجاع عند التحقق من خطأ من الريان للعود أو شركة التوصيل. وقد نفرض تكلفة إعادة التوصيل إذا فشل التوصيل بسبب خطأ جوهري في العنوان أو معلومات الاتصال التي قدّمها العميل.
تواصل معنا فوراً إذا رغبت في الإلغاء. سنبذل جهداً لإلغاء الطلب قبل تجهيزه أو إرساله. بعد دخول الطلب مرحلة التجهيز أو بعد التوصيل، تطبق شروط الإرجاع أعلاه. لا يحد هذا من الحقوق التي لا يجوز استبعادها قانوناً.

تُورّد المنتجات للاستعمال الشخصي أو للهدايا. يجوز لنا رفض أو إلغاء الطلبات التي تبدو بصورة معقولة مخصّصة لإعادة البيع غير المصرّح به أو تنطوي على احتيال أو إساءة أو معلومات دفع أو توصيل غير دقيقة، وذلك وفقاً للقانون المعمول به.
نستخدم المعلومات الشخصية فقط بالقدر اللازم لمعالجة الطلبات وتوصيل المنتجات وتقديم الدعم والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية. قد تُرسل مراسلات إتمام الدفع وتأكيدات الطلبات واتصالات التوصيل إلكترونياً. يرجى المحافظة على حداثة معلومات الاتصال الخاصة بك.
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. عندما يقتضي قانون دولة الإمارات تقديم معلومات أو عقود أو إفصاحات للمستهلك باللغة العربية، تسود النسخة أو الإفصاح العربي المعمول به بالقدر الذي يقتضيه القانون. وتُقرأ هذه الشروط إلى جانب أي حماية إلزامية للمستهلك تنطبق على عملية الشراء الخاصة بك.
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط من وقت إلى آخر. تسري النسخة المعروضة وقت تقديم طلبك على ذلك الطلب، إلا إذا كان التغيير مطلوباً بموجب القانون أو يحسّن حقوقك القانونية.
